Our wild-caught rockfish fillets are boneless, skinless, and have a mild and rich flavor. Like traditional whitefish, rockfish is firm, flaky, and packed with protein. Rockfish are frozen in 4-6oz fillets and contain 2 fillets per package on average.

How to cook rockfish

Rockfish can be cooked in many different ways, the best methods are sauteing, roasting, broiling, or grilling. Its mild flavor allows you to use different rubs, marinades, and spices to enhance the taste.
