Wild Caught Pacific Cod Loins

Our wild-caught pacific cod loins are skinless and boneless. Cod is one of the most well-known whitefish. It has a mild, slightly sweet flavor and the texture is firm. Each wild cod loin is about 5-7 oz.

Alaska Ling Cod Portions

Our wild caught Alaskan Ling Cod portions are boneless, skinless and have a mild flavor and buttery texture. Our ling cod portions are frozen 5-8 oz individual portions. Because our Ling Cod is cut in house from a whole fillet, each box will contain a variety of collar, center and tail pieces.

Wild Caught Alaska Black Cod (Sablefish) Portion

Wild caught black cod is also known as sablefish or butterfish.  Black cod is a delicate fish with a rich flavor. Black cod is also packed with healthy omega 3 fatty acids. It's said to have a melt-in-your-mouth experience and texture.  The high concentrations of heart healthy oils make them very forgiving to cook.  Sauteed, roasted, or smoked, once you've tried this buttery whitefish you'll be hooked.

 Each 5-7 oz. portion serves one person and is bone-in with skin on.
